RETURN POLICY

WE OFFER A 30 DAY RETURN, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY TO RETURN YOUR ORDERS TO US.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@auralyswellness.com and we will give you all the steps on how to return. Please note that the sender (customer who is returning) is responsible for the return delivery cost and to make sure it arrives back with us in its original state!

We CANNOT accept returns on used, damaged or sale items!
